💰 Senator Hotels & Resorts aims to close 2025 with a revenue of €207 million, while expanding into new European markets alongside IHG. As of now, they operate 41 hotels and plan to reach 60 by 2029. The company has a strong presence in the Caribbean, specifically Puerto Plata, with 1,500 rooms and favorable conditions for tourists. Future projects involve opening several hotels across Europe, including partnerships with IHG brands like Indigo and Vignette.

🏨 Hoteles Bestprice plans to open a new hotel in Logroño, transforming the old casino on Sagasta Street into a modern venue, with an estimated investment of €5 million. The project, unveiled by Mayor Conrado Escobar and President Óscar Sánchez, aims to open by Q2 2027, creating 15-20 direct jobs. It will preserve architectural elements, feature 63 rooms, and offer meeting spaces for 80. Bestprice targets a €10 million turnover by 2025 with 11 Spanish hotels.

🏨 Domaine de Verchant, near Montpellier, opened a new phase of elegance and design, featuring 25 additional rooms, a new spa, and a revamped gourmet restaurant, totaling 49 rooms and suites. The hotel partnered with Resuinsa, renowned for high-quality textiles, enhancing guest experiences with personalized items. This expansion is designed to offer a personalized experience, maintaining a Mediterranean style and reinforcing the French "art de vivre". Resuinsa's nearly 50 years of textile expertise played a key role.

🏨 deLuna Hotels, October 2023, Plaza del Triunfo, 19, Granada: deLuna Hotels adds a historic hotel, now Boutique Hotel Luna Granada Triunfo, after a two-month refurbishment. The hotel features 46 rooms and is located in the historic center. Plans include furniture upgrades, a redesigned ground floor, and enhanced dining options. A rooftop pool and solarium are proposed. This marks deLuna's fifth hotel in Granada, aligning with their urban, identity-focused, and sustainable hospitality strategy.
