🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation, June 2025, Mallorca: Sarena de Muro Resort opens as the first Destination by Hyatt in the Mediterranean. Situated near S’Albufera Natural Park, the 5-star resort features 184 rooms with modern amenities. It offers a wellness spa, two outdoor pools, and 24-hour gym. Culinary experiences are led by Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra across four dining venues. Manuel Melenchón highlights the strategic growth, while Rafael Alonso emphasizes the resort's appeal to nature lovers.

🏨 El Hotel Palacio de Godoy de Cáceres abrirá el 30 de julio de 2025. Ubicado en Cáceres, este nuevo hotel de 5 estrellas cuenta con 73 habitaciones, incluyendo 8 suites. Desarrollado por SCIPION Real Estate, el proyecto generará 60 empleos. El hotel forma parte de la Curio Collection de Hilton y está situado en el casco histórico, cerca de la Plaza Mayor. Destaca un jardín con flora autóctona y americana, diseñado por Álvaro de la Rosa.

🏨 Checkin Hotel Group, 2023, expands by adding three new hotels: Bakour La Manga Splash in Murcia—its first in the region, featuring a water park—and two in the Canary Islands. Checkin Ocean Tenerife, now its fourth in Tenerife, offers 18 apartments in San Miguel de Abona. Checkin Diamar, a 3-star in Arrecife, Lanzarote, is the group's second there. Overall, a 25% room capacity increase solidifies their strategic growth.

🏨 Ohtels Hotels & Resorts reopened the Gran Hotel Almería on June 26, 2025, after extensive renovations that began in October 2024. Originally built in 1967, this historic 4-star hotel in Almería now features 112 rooms, up from 105, and a revamped Gastro Bar. Sustainability enhancements include solar panels and water-saving systems. Ohtels, which took over operations in 2018, aims to modernize the hotel while reducing its carbon footprint through sustainable practices.

🏨 Sercotel Hotel Group expands with three new hotels in Madrid, Castellón, and Cádiz. On June 26, Sercotel Las Artes Pinto opened in Madrid with 120 rooms, featuring a spa and 255 solar panels. Earlier in June, Sercotel Plana Onda opened in Castellón with 61 rooms and a pool. Sercotel Cruz del Mar in Cádiz offers 68 rooms near the beach. Sercotel now operates 85 hotels across Spain and Andorra, with 52 directly managed.

🏠 All Iron RE I Socimi compró un edificio en Madrid, en el barrio de Salamanca, por 33 millones de euros en 2022. En 2027, el edificio abrirá como "Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy", operado por Aspasios. Ofrecerá 90 unidades, 64 plazas de aparcamiento, un local comercial de más de 1.000 m², un gimnasio y una piscina en la azotea. All Iron RE I Socimi ha invertido unos 60 millones de euros en Madrid en inmuebles y su reposicionamiento.

📅 Líbere Hospitality Group has signed a new apartment building in Rome, Italy, marking their first project in the city. The building, owned by Fincap SRL and located near Termini train station, will open by end of 2025 with 18 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The façade will respect its WWII-damaged history. This project follows their recent expansion into Milan, and reinforces Líbere's growth strategy in Europe's major cities, according to Co-CEO Antón De la Rica.

🏨 Vestige Collection inauguró Vestige Son Ermità en la zona norte de Menorca en una finca de 800 hectáreas. Son Ermità abrió con 10 habitaciones el 22 de agosto, y Binidufà aportará 11 más. Ambas ubicaciones están rodeadas de naturaleza y conectadas por un bosque. El hotel ofrece instalaciones como dos piscinas, terrazas con vistas, y un restaurante enfocado en ingredientes locales. El complejo respeta el medio ambiente y la arquitectura neoclásica palladiana del siglo XVIII.
