🌎 Canarias reduced tourist emissions by 22% since 2019 and tourism activity emissions by 16%. Emissions per tourist decreased from 118.1 kg of CO2e in 2019 to 92.3 kg of CO2e in 2023. Total destination emissions dropped from 1.7 to 1.4 million tons of CO2e.
