Paradise Park Funstyle Hotel in Tenerife became the first autism-friendly hotel on the island, leading to 122 bookings. Autism Friendly Club, active in 16 countries, developed a validated program under the EU's Erasmus+ Autism Friendly Training project. Only 15% of autistic individuals are employed, indicating an opportunity for inclusive employment practices in the hospitality sector.
