El gigante de madera de Kategora prepara su apertura en la Costa del Sol
🏖 Kategora Oceanika, the largest hotel building made of wood in southern Europe, opens in March in Torremolinos, Málaga, operated by Kora Living as Kora Olea. With an investment over €40 million, it features 180 apartments and 10,000 m² of space. Constructed using 3,500 m³ of sustainable wood, it retains 3,500 tons of CO₂. The project integrates energy-efficient systems, earning a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and offers extensive common areas and services.
