The upgrade includes hyper-personalized guest services, luxury activity offerings, space reconfiguration, high-quality furnishing acquisitions, and meticulous attention to detail. Services now feature weekend musical performances, complimentary car washes for parking guests, a new scent menu, and a rest and work area with snacks. The hotel's interior design, led by Silvia Gancedo-Rodriguez, features a color palette from burnt yellow to Arabian garden green, 50 redesigned rooms, and an expanded spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, four hotbeds, a Turkish bath, and two massage cabins with individual showers. The facade also boasts new lighting, recycled marble atriums from the hotel's original bar, and an updated reception area.
