La hotelera de Antonio Catalán dispara un 30% sus ingresos en 2023

In 2023, hotel revenue grew by 30% from the previous year, surpassing pre-pandemic figures, with €1.4 million increase in net profits. Operating income was €40 million in 2023, nearly tripling from €14 million in 2022. Long-term debt stood at €162 million, with short-term debt at €20 million. The company had 64 hotels, with plans to invest €100 million in 10 hotels in 2024, aiming to become the largest manager of Marriott International's 30+ brands in Europe.

El Real Decreto 933/2021, efectivo el 1 de octubre, exige a las empresas turísticas españolas enviar datos de reservas al Ministerio del Interior, lo que la Confederación Española de Hoteles y Alojamientos Turísticos (CEHAT) declara inviable. Además, Apartur critica al Ayuntamiento de Barcelona por intentar eliminar 10.100 pisos turísticos, mientras considera flexibilizar la moratoria hotelera.

Puro Group abrirá en 2025 un resort en Santa Ponsa

🏖 Puro Group to open Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa-Oasis del Mar in Santa Ponsa (Mallorca) in summer 2025. The resort, formerly Hotel Club Santa Ponsa, purchased by 12.18 group, will feature 160 rooms, two pools, restaurants, bars, sports and relaxation areas, spa and wellness services. Puro Hotels has four establishments in Mallorca and beach clubs in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. La mayoría de las reservas ya se realizan a 90 días vista

Los apartamentos turísticos protagonizan otra transacción en Madrid
