🛫 Travel agencies are diverting sales from Volotea due to the airline's financial struggles, including five consecutive years of losses. Volotea, led by Carlos Muñoz, plans to exceed 17 million passengers to and from Spain by 2025, with a 9% capacity growth. It has postponed payment of €36.2 million for a state bailout to SEPI and banks. In 2023, Volotea had €423 million in negative equity, a significant drop from €316 million in 2022 and €159.9 million in 2021, and a negative working capital of -€240.18 million, compared to -€135.18 million the previous year.
