MAG focuses on local production of gourmet products using solar energy and recycled water to serve hotels sustainably. Founder Alicia Gómez, a biotechnologist from Imperial College of London, emphasizes reduced import dependence. Expansion plans include economies like the Bahamas and Seychelles.
