Iberia alcanza un preacuerdo con los tripulantes de cabina
🛩 Iberia reached a preliminary agreement with unions UGT, CCOO, SITCPLA, and CITCP to improve the cabin crew collective agreement and extend it until December 31, 2028. The agreement introduces salary increases and a new model for sharing profits similar to what the airline already does with pilots, based on economic results and operational excellence—punctuality, NPS, and productivity. Additional earnings include up to 1% consolidated and up to 2.65% non-consolidated raises based on profitability and performance, on top of the already agreed raises of 2.5% consolidated and 1.85% non-consolidated for achieving Iberia's 2024 Ebit targets. There will also be a non-consolidated one-time payment equivalent to an extra pay in 2025 and salary increases for entry levels, with annual raises ranging from 700 to 2,700 euros. Other benefits include a new 300 euro monthly incident bonus, an increase of employees eligible for special leave from 50 to 125 annually, an additional one-time non-consolidated payment, a switch from fixed-discontinuous to regular contracts, and compensation for pairing and flights with fewer crew members.
