Registro de reservas: ¿cuántos datos deberán aportar los consumidores?
🛈 Starting December 2, Spain's Ministry of Interior will enforce a data registration decree (Real Decreto 933/2021) requiring consumers to provide 54-63 personal data fields for reservations due to criminality prevention measures. The tourism sector, which has denounced the decree to the European Commission, criticizes the excessive data demands, including sensitive information like credit card details and GPS data. The sector fears this will lead to a loss of competitiveness for Spain as a destination.
