Palladium se rinde al lujo y lleva una nueva marca a Ibiza

🏨 Palladium Hotel Group will launch a new luxury brand, The Unexpected Hotels, this summer in Ibiza by transforming part of Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. The Ushuaïa Tower will be remodeled into The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel with 181 renovated rooms. The Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel will continue operating with 234 rooms. Last April, Palladium presented The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences in the UAE, a $100+ million project with 422 rooms. The brand will debut in Ibiza in 2025 and in Al Marjan Island in 2026.

BANDB Hotels abre su segundo hotel en Tarragona

🏨 B&B Hotels opened its second hotel in Tarragona, Valls, marking its 14th in Catalonia. The B&B Hotel Tarragona Valls features 83 double and triple rooms, offering free high-speed Wi-Fi, breakfast buffet, coffee and hot drinks, air conditioning, LCD TV with Chromecast, and indoor and outdoor parking. Lucia Méndez-Bonito, CEO of B&B HOTELS Spain and Portugal, highlights a growth strategy focused on Spain and Portugal, including acquisitions and new developments. The company recently opened its 15th hotel in the Community of Madrid and now has 57 hotels in Spain, 17 in Portugal, exceeding 5,000 rooms, with 20 more hotels under construction.

Marruecos supera sus previsiones y logra 17,4 millones de viajeros en 2024

Dertour compra dos hoteles en España e Italia para la marca Club Aldiana

Aldiana Club Rocca Nettuno Calabria features 290 rooms, various amenities, and is located on a cliff over Tropea beach. Las fortunas latinas top que mueven ficha en el sector hotelero español

🏨 Latin American investors are increasingly drawn to the Spanish hotel sector, with notable transactions led by family clans. Besant Capital, partnered with Blasson and Latam Capital Advisor, recently acquired the Zurich building in Madrid to transform it into a luxury hotel. RLH Properties, another Mexican capital firm, previously purchased Rosewood Villa Magna and Bless hotels in Madrid, later selling them to Sancus. The Díaz Estrada family owns over 1,100 assets internationally, including Madrid's Thompson, Hyatt Centric Gran Via, and Hyatt Regency Hesperia hotels. The Copell and Chico families are currently key players in Madrid's luxury hotel market. Blasson, with Latin American funding, acquired H10 Punta Negra in 2021, set to become Mandarin Punta Negra Mallorca. The Chilean Rustik family owns Hotel Adler, whilst the Venezuelan Capriles family, having landed a decade ago in Spain, focus on luxury apartments. The market anticipates further Latin American investment in the hotel industry during 2025.
