🏖 Senator Hotels & Resorts will open the adults-only Mirador del Cabo Affiliated by Senator hotel in Almería on June 21. Located beachside, it offers deluxe sea-view rooms and three outdoor pools. Guests can enjoy activities like ping-pong and mini-golf. Dining includes a buffet restaurant with live cooking, a lobby bar, and a pool bar. 🏨 deLuna Hotels, in May 2025, opened Luna Suites Palacio Dorita in Granada's historic center. This expansion adds to their existing properties, including Gran Hotel Luna de Granada, Boutique Hotel Luna Granada, and Luna Suites Granada. Future openings are planned in Cádiz, Sevilla, and Motril. Palacio Dorita offers studios and apartments with modern amenities, blending historical charm with contemporary comfort, emphasizing sustainable and quality accommodations. They target boutique accommodations in mid-sized cities and have secured €10 million for digital expansion, €5 million annually for three years for acquisitions, and are setting up a €60 million European venture capital fund. Recent additions include a four-star Costa Brava hotel and an eight-room pension in León, and they are eyeing properties in Vigo, Lugo, Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela, Gijón, Oviedo, Llanes, and Córdoba. Expansion into Portugal has begun, and France and Italy are considered future markets. Gaiarooms also launched Gaiastays, a coliving and temporary rental division, intending to reach 1,500 units by 2027, focusing on Madrid and Barcelona.

🏕 TUI Group has opened its first hotel in Cambodia, the 189-room TUI Blue Sihanoukville, and launched the TUI Suneo brand in China with the TUI Suneo Shenzhen Manwan, featuring 215 rooms. TUI Hotels & Resorts, led by Artur Gerber, plans to open 26 new hotels across Asia in the coming years, with developments in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Maldives, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. 🏨 Meliá Hotels International expands in the Mediterranean, opening the hotel Corte Rosada, Affiliated by Meliá, in Alghero on the northwest coast of Sardinia, Italy. 🏨 Grupo Insur and Dalata Hotel Group signed a lease for a hotel in Valdebebas, Madrid, near Madrid-Barajas airport. The Clayton Hotel Madrid Valdebebas, a 4-star property with 243 rooms, restaurant, bar, meeting/event facilities, outdoor pool, and gym, will open in Q1 2029 following a €50 million investment by Insur for a 15-year lease. The hotel aims for LEED Gold certification for energy efficiency and sustainable design. The Irish company, founded in 2007, manages 55 hotels with Clayton and Maldron brands, and the Madrid hotel marks its first in Spain, enhancing its international portfolio and positioning in key business and luxury tourism destinations. Advised by Savills and Zurbarán Abogados, the partnership emphasizes Insur's commitment to sustainable real estate in prime locations.

The luxury hotel, close to Punta Cana International Airport and an hour from La Romana International Airport, boasts 200 deluxe rooms, including 36 suites with direct pool access and a 600 sqm Presidential Suite.
