🏨 B&B Hotels, with over 900 locations in 17 countries, expands in the Iberian Peninsula by opening three new hotels: B&B Hotel Setúbal Bonfim in Portugal, and B&B Hotel Alicante Aeropuerto and B&B Hotel Miranda de Ebro in Spain. This brings their total to 80 hotels in the region—19 in Portugal and 61 in Spain. The chain aims to reach 95 hotels by 2025, emphasizing strategic locations and "Smart Simplicity.

🏨 Hasta 2028, España verá 775 nuevos alojamientos: 651 hoteles (47,591 habitaciones) y 124 apartamentos turísticos (4,404 habitaciones). En 2025, 178 aperturas añadirán 12,411 habitaciones. En 2026, destacan aperturas como Nômade y Nobu Madrid (143 habitaciones). IHG abrirá su tercer Six Senses en Ávila. EasyHotel abrirá en Alicante, y Meliá y Summum en Santa Ponsa y Ronda. 2027 tendrá 123 proyectos (11,741 habitaciones) y 2028, 21 más (1,182 habitaciones).

🏨 AC Hotel Cartagena opened on August 5 in the historic city of Murcia, Spain, as part of AC Hotels by Marriott's expansion. With 100 rooms and three meeting rooms, it strengthens Spain's position as the second-largest market for the brand with 51 properties. Founded in 1999 by Antonio Catalán, AC Hotels has grown to 267 hotels globally, with significant presences in the US (141 hotels) and Europe. Recent openings include locations in Kansas City, Seattle, Newtown Square, and Seoul.

💰 Bestprice, listed on Euronext Paris since October 2022, is seeking retail investors for a capital increase, with investments ranging from €500 to €15,000 at a maximum price of €2.50 per share. The interest period ends by December 12, 2025, with a goal of raising €2.5 million. In H1, revenue grew 26.2% to €4.82 million, with an EBITDA of €1.87 million. Operating eight hotels at 97% occupancy, Bestprice aims for €9 million in sales by 2025.

🏨 Radisson is expanding in France, with 34 new hotels by 2027. By 2026, it will open the Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel, in a Belle Époque building dating to 1907. The hotel will feature 90 rooms with a staircase by Gustave Eiffel. At Charles de Gaulle Airport, the Radisson Blu Hotel will offer 305 rooms, including 25 suites, by the end of 2023. Expansions include locations in Cannes, Bourges, and La Baule by 2028.

🏨 Silken Hoteles launches its international expansion with a 4-star eco-hotel in Porta do Mezio, Portugal, near the Peneda-Gerês National Park. Opening Wednesday, Silken Mezio National Park Hotel features 39 rooms, a spa, wellness center, heated pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. This brings Silken's total to 35 locations across 31 Iberian destinations. The hotel targets those seeking outdoor adventures and relaxation with hiking and rafting activities available.

🏨 Bluesea, starting September 1st, takes over operations and marketing of Bluese Aloe Corralejo Hotel, Fuerteventura, through an agreement with O7Hotels by World2Meet. The hotel, located near Dunas de Corralejo Natural Park and 10 minutes from the beach, boasts 181 apartments, seven pools, a spa, two buffet restaurants, a bar-cafeteria, and a gym. This move enhances Bluesea's presence in the Canary Islands and commitment to offering comprehensive vacation experiences.

🏨 Bluesea Hotels, from September 1, 2023, manages the Bluesea Aloe Corralejo in Fuerteventura, in partnership with O7 Hotels. Located by the Dunas de Corralejo Natural Park, it offers 181 apartments suitable for families. The 3-key establishment features seven pools, a spa, two buffet restaurants, and more. Previously under Labranda Hotels & Resorts, O7 Hotels took over management in October 2023. Bluesea CEO Sebastiá Catalá highlighted this expansion in Fuerteventura.

🏨 Meliá São João da Madeira, owned by Hoti Hoteis, is a historic hotel in Portugal featuring 93 rooms. Located near Porto, it blends a 19th-century palace with modern design. The hotel offers amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, a spa, gym, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Guests can enjoy Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine at Restaurante Conde and drinks at Bar Chapelaria.
