💰 Raúl González, CEO of Barceló Hotel Group, highlighted the challenge of high prices in the hotel investment market in Spain and southern Europe, impacting the group's ability to sign 25-30 hotels in 2025. Despite this, Barceló reported record financial results for 2025, achieving an EBITDA between €530-540 million, a net profit exceeding €300 million, and revenue of €2.3 billion.
