¿Qué es el mantenimiento preventivo industrial?

  • Samuel Cristobal
  • 26 noviembre 2024
🔧 On November 26, 2024, the article discusses the importance of industrial preventive maintenance in ensuring optimal equipment and machinery operation to prevent unexpected failures. Industrial preventive maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, visual inspections, and performance tests. Regular activities help maintain efficient production systems and plan to reduce downtime and enhance performance. Types of maintenance include opportunity maintenance (when equipment is not in use), predictive maintenance (using sensors and technology to forecast failures), and scheduled maintenance (based on equipment lifespan or manufacturer recommendations). Benefits include improved workplace safety, operational efficiency, extended equipment lifespan, and cost savings on repairs. Effective preventive maintenance requires systematic planning, skilled execution, documentation, and evaluation for necessary adjustments. An industrial ERP can support maintenance management by scheduling, tracking, inventory management, and providing detailed equipment reports, promoting integrated operation with other solutions. Zucchetti Spain recommends Solmicro ERP for industries to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and make informed decisions on repairs and equipment investments.

✈ In mid-November, Russian airlines had grounded 34 out of 66 Airbus A320 and A321neo aircraft due to a lack of spare parts from sanctions linked to the Ukraine war. Most affected is S7, Russia's main private airline, with 31 of their 39 A320 or A321neo planes, aged 3 to 7 years, grounded. Other Russian airlines operate 27 similar aircraft with less affected Leap engines from CFM, French manufacturer. Russian authorities had earlier claimed that by early 2024, new locally made planes would be supplied, a claim now seemingly undermined by current events.
