Empaquetan los aviones en plástico para bajar emisiones
✈ Lufthansa experiments with "AeroShark," a synthetic material wrapping for planes, enhancing aerodynamics and reducing CO2 emissions. The "shark skin" has been used on a dozen Lufthansa aircraft for a total of 100,000 hours. Four Boeing planes have already been covered, projected to save 8,300 tons of CO2 each over four years, equivalent to 46 flights from Vienna to New York. Lufthansa plans to expand the technology to 12 Swiss B777s, one 747, and four 777 freighters. Taiwan's Eva Air is also considering testing the coating.
