Director General Félix Martí emphasizes the need for environmentally integrated hospitality to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, driven by five research projects anticipating future waste management obligations.

🏨 ILUNION Hotels received the EFQM Global Award 2025 on October 16 in Tarragona, becoming the first hotel company to achieve this excellence level. In five years, they progressed from EFQM 500+ (2020) to 700+ (2025). The award was received by CEOs José Ángel Preciados and Alejandro Oñoro.
