🏨 Boro Capital Real Estate's 4-star hotel project in Valencia, located next to Nuevo Centro, features 124 rooms and has obtained approval from the city's Urban Planning technicians. The project, presented in 2020, must commence within six months of permission and complete within two years, with possible extensions according to regulations. The hotel will span nearly 5,000 square meters over four floors, including a gym, restaurant, and rooftop pool. It will offer 13 parking spaces and 27 bike spots.

🏢 In July, tourism employment in Spain increased by 3.5% year-over-year, adding 97,282 workers to surpass 2.9 million. The sector represents 13.7% of the total national economy affiliates, with hospitality experiencing a rise of 52,383 affiliates. Salaried workers in tourism grew by 4%, while self-employed workers saw a 1% increase. Notable growth was seen in Canary Islands (+4.7%) and Madrid (+3.9%), with Andalusia leading in absolute numbers (+11,171).
