Se agravan los problemas de Air Europa con los Boeing 787
🛫 Air Europa, part of Globalia, faces fleet issues with four Boeing 787 Dreamliners grounded due to engine problems, impacting nearly one-fifth of its long-haul fleet. The airline relies on Rolls-Royce, facing production and maintenance delays caused by supply chain issues with materials like titanium and electronic components. Air Europa's 25 Boeing 787s are not at full capacity, leading to significant financial losses, including aircraft lease costs nearing $1 million monthly per plane and additional expenses from hiring third-party airlines such as Iberojet, Wamos Air, Plus Ultra, and Privilege. This problem is expected to persist into late 2024 and early 2025.
