Aumenta el nivel de satisfacción de los turistas que visitan España

📍 In 2024, 97% of international tourists reported being satisfied or very satisfied with their trips to Spain, according to Turespaña's survey. The study was based on 20,666 interviews over three months. Satisfaction increased by 3.5 points since 2022, with 66.2% very satisfied in 2024. Gastronomic tourism achieved the highest satisfaction at 70%. Tourists from Mexico (79.5%), Brazil (79.4%), Colombia (78.2%), and the USA (77.1%) were the most satisfied. Over 56% plan to return within 12 months, notably 81% of Irish and over 76% of British tourists. Top destinations include Andalucía, Cantabria, and the Canary Islands.

Hoteles + OTAs: una relación de amor-odio que debe cambiar

📌 En 2023, el 36% de las reservas de hotel se hicieron por OTA, frente al 21% a través del IBE de los hoteles. Los hoteleros buscan equilibrar las reservas con dos tercios de canales directos. Expedia y Booking Holdings gastaron alrededor de $6,900 y $6,800 millones en marketing respectivamente en 2023. Las OTA se beneficiarán de la nueva legislación de la DMA en Europa y, según estudios, el 70% de los viajeros prefieren reservar por OTA si el precio es igual.
