Caída del 30% en el turismo a Cuba desde enero a hoy
🇨🇺 The Cuban government reported a 29.7% drop in tourism for the first quarter compared to the same period in 2024, with a loss of 237,000 tourists, totaling only 571,000 international visitors. The decline was primarily in the Russian and Canadian markets, as well as among Cuban expatriates. Russian tourism nearly halved, while Canadian visits fell by 32% from 399,000 to 272,000. Other countries with decreased tourism to Cuba include the United States, Germany, France, Argentina, Mexico, and Spain. No signs indicate an imminent recovery in tourist volumes, exacerbating the country's economic crisis.
