🏡 Radisson Hotel Group's most exclusive brand, Radisson Collection, is set to open a hotel in Madrid by 2027, enhancing the company's Spanish market commitment. The 12-story hotel will feature 154 rooms and suites, and will occupy the architecturally protected Generali building on Calle Alcalá from 1942. The project, developed with Generali Real Estate, Estudio Lamela, and Aguilera Ingenieros, spans 8,500 square meters, including luxury shops, restaurants, a spa, gym, and a rooftop pool and bar with city views. Radisson Collection launched in 2018 and is already present in cities like Paris, London, and Rome.
