Iberia y Aerolíneas Argentinas: acuerdo para conectar más de 60 destinos

✈ Iberia and Aerolíneas Argentinas' new agreement allows customers to connect transatlantic flights to over 37 destinations in Argentina and 29 in Spain with a single ticket. Connections in Argentina will be through Ezeiza and Aeroparque airports, and in Spain via T4 of Madrid-Barajas. This simplifies travel with a single reservation and check-in, enhancing the travel experience for the 2,000 daily passengers between Buenos Aires and Madrid.

Rosewood y Blasson invertirán 450 M€ en un megacomplejo de turismo rural

Iroko Iberia cierra una operación con Htop Hotels por 22 M €

🏨 Iroko Iberia, on behalf of Iroko Zen, acquired the 4-star Htop Calella Palace for €22 million in a sale & leaseback transaction with Htop Hotels, who will continue to operate the hotel under a lease agreement. Located in Calella, on the Maresme coast, the hotel features 339 rooms, amenities like a solarium, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, and children's facilities, and is set for a €4 million renovation. Htop Hotels ranks 35th in Spain with 15 hotels in its portfolio and has secured a 20-year lease to operate Htop Calella Palace.

Axel Hotels abre nuevo hotel en Bilbao tras 1 M € de inversión

Minor Hotels renueva su marca y prevé 300 nuevos hoteles hasta 2027

VP crea su marca Sognio para un producto de “lujo asequible” en 4 estrellas

The VP Madroño is undergoing renovations this summer, VP Recoletos requires a significant update planned for the next year, and their Tres Cantos hotel's adaptation to Sognio is being considered. Innovations in technology and staff training, especially in artificial intelligence, underpin the brand's evolution. The company's revenue target for 2026 is €45 million, with a current debt of €60 million, repayable over 12 years at €6 million annually.
