Fin a la disputa judicial entre NH y Hesperia: la Audiencia valida la entrada de Minor en el consejo

📈 La Audiencia Provincial de Madrid avaló en 2023 el nombramiento de Dillip Rajakarier en el consejo de administración de NH Hoteles y el cese de José Antonio Castro de Hesperia. El conflicto comenzó en 2018 tras Minor Hotels comprar más del 9% de NH. En 2025, Minor International excluyó a NH de las bolsas españolas, con el 96.98% de accionistas aceptando la opa, debido a un capital flotante del 4.13%.
