🚪 The Social Hub will enter the Portuguese market and double its presence in Italy by 2025 with new hubs in Oporto, Florence, and Rome. In Oporto, the first Social Hub in Portugal, they will introduce 39 long-stay apartments among 310 rooms, a rooftop bar and pool, a coworking space with a multimedia studio, and venues for meetings and events, opening in spring 2025. Florence's second Social Hub, The Social Hub Belfiore, will feature a 7,000 sqm public rooftop, 550 rooms, coworking for 600+ people, rooftop Olympic pool, and commercial avenue, expected to open in February. The Social Hub Roma, opening in March, will offer 392 rooms across 24,000 sqm, with a new building, rejuvenated spaces for the Italian Academy and an events area, coworking for 160 people, a rooftop bar and pool, and a 10,000 sqm public park. Over the past year, they organized over 5,500 community events reaching over 100,000 people and dedicate 1% of global revenue to the TSH Talent Foundation, supporting talented students worldwide.

🏨 Meliá Hotels International plans to open 15 luxury hotels by 2025 under brands ME by Meliá, ZEL Hotels, The Meliá Collection, and Paradisus by Melia across Europe, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. ME Malta opened in November with 113 rooms across 20 floors, introducing the Radio Rooftop concept. ME Lisbon will launch in Q1 2025, followed by ME Málaga in Q1 and ME Marbella in Q2 of 2025, with expansions also in Greece, Albania, China, and Mexico. The Meliá Collection will debut the Residenza Cardinale in Milan and the Meliá Ba Vi Mountain near Hanoi in 2025. Paradisus by Meliá is set to open a hotel in Fuerteventura in 2025 and in Pattaya, Thailand, with a focus on wellness and cultural experiences. ZEL Hotels will open in Punta Cana and Sayulita, Mexico, and plans an urban hotel in Madrid for 2025. Luxury segment sales for Meliá have increased by 14% over 2023, with a 28% growth rate from Virtuoso and Internova agencies.
