Millenium firma la paz con Javier Illán por 18 M €

🏦 Millenium reached a settlement with Javier Illán and Grupo Millenium Investment Partners (GMIP) in July to end ongoing legal proceedings. The company withdrew criminal actions from a complaint filed against Illán and others, announced to the market in March. As part of the deal, Illán/GMIP will acquire a plot in El Palmar de Vejer, Cádiz, and several farms in a Córdoba real estate project, valued at €6.3 million, for €18 million, resulting in an €11.7 million profit for Millenium's consolidated earnings, as per their 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. The assets are considered non-strategic for Millenium.

Barceló tendrá un cuarto hotel en Cabo Verde: un resort adults only
