In the first quarter of 2025, acquired Hotel Mercury for about 16 million euros and added Hotel Pino Alto under management in Costa Dorada. Hotel Mercury by Alegría, a 4-star superior with 300 rooms, to open in May after a 10 million euro investment over two years, including room and common area updates and new wellness and children's outdoor areas. Hotel Pino by Alegría, a 4-star with 140 rooms near Miami Platja beach, opens April 1 and will undergo a complete renovation, with plans for an Aquafun water park. The company exceeded its 2023 revenue by 25 million euros and continues investing in renovations, including a full update of the 353-room Alegria Colonial Mar Aquafun in Roquetas de Mar, while also enhancing sustainability certifications across its properties.
