Bestprice y Deloitte impulsan un fondo inmobiliario hotelero de 60 M €
🏨 Hoteles Bestprice, in collaboration with Deloitte, is launching a €60 million real estate investment vehicle aiming to acquire and promote hotel assets in Spain. The initiative targets family offices and investment entities. It builds on Bestprice's operational prowess and Deloitte's strategic expertise. Currently, Bestprice operates nine hotels with exceptional EBITDA margins over 45% and occupancy rates above 98%. The company plans to expand to 12 locations, including new sites in Barcelona, Málaga, and Logroño.
