🏨 In April, Spain's non-hotel overnight stays surged by 19.4% to over 10.7 million, driven by Easter. Residents' stays increased by 43.9%, while non-residents' went up 4.8%. Tourist apartments hosted 1.2 million tourists with stays up 17.8%. Camping stays rose 23.6%, particularly among residents, up 50.2%. Rural tourism saw a 30.1% rise in stays, with Castilla y León as the top destination. Albergues recorded a slight 0.2% increase in stays.
