Ávoris recurre la multa de la CNMC: “No hay una mano negra para repartirse los concursos”
💸 Ávoris, Nautalia, VECI, and IAG7 were fined by the CNMC for manipulating contracts with the Banco de España and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ávoris was fined €740,000 (€630,000 for Banco de España and €110,000 for Universidad Complutense). The CNMC claims these agencies agreed not to bid, resulting in a lack of competition. Fines include a public contract ban lasting three months for IAG7 and six months for the others. Ávoris contests the fairness of the sanctions.
