With a 95% water efficiency, the city boasts a 9% reduction in water consumption over 20 years despite population growth. Managing waste for 74,500 residents and 2.5 million tourists yearly, Benidorm produces 216.6 kg of waste per person annually, significantly lower than Spain's 482 kg average. The city's strategic vertical growth enhances sustainability and quality of life.

📱 Tourism Innovation Summit: Toni Mascaró, Jimmy Pons, and David discussed AI's impact on tourism and marketing. AI transforms tourism by enabling zero-click searches through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. SEO evolves for AI. Local LLMs (2-40 GB) will enhance privacy and data sovereignty.
