Iberia sella un acuerdo “fundamental para la construcción del futuro”
🚀 Iberia and Sepla extended their collective agreement until December 31, 2017, introducing a profit-sharing model for pilots based on economic results and operational excellence goals: punctuality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. The new salary table includes an increase tied to profitability above 12%. Level will expand from six to eight aircraft operated by Iberia pilots under current economic conditions. Pilots will receive schedules 14 days in advance, and growth at Iberia Express is frozen due to lack of agreement, with next four planes joining Iberia.
