The chain projects an average occupancy of 93.9%, an ADR of €112, a RevPAR of around €105, and a workforce of about 67 employees by 2026, up from the current 43.

🏡 The Loft Hostel Group, led by CEO Ramón Jiménez, aims to expand from two to eight hostels by 2027, with a projected investment of 7 million euros, targeting over 10 million euros in revenue. Currently operating in Barcelona and Madrid, they plan two new openings annually, with an Andalusian location soon and another in the Basque Country by 2025.
