🏨 Limehome, an accommodation provider, is set to open its largest hotel in Spain with 107 rooms in Madrid's Julián Camarillo area, San Blas-Canillejas district, by 2028. The company will operate the hotel for over 20 years and assist in building design and room mix planning. Limehome aims to expand in Madrid to 1,500 units within five years, adding to their current 16 buildings and 450 units. Expansion will involve strategic partners like investment funds and developers, focusing on unique guest experiences through design and technology.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group and Manchester City announced collaboration on luxury hotel "The Medlock," part of a £300 million (€358 million) investment at the Etihad Campus, set to open by end of 2026.
