Resultados de Accor: “Actividad sólida en entorno macroeconómico complejo”

📈 Accor's revenues rose 5.1% to €2.745 billion by June 2025, with RevPAR up 4.6%. Recurrent Ebitda increased 9.4% to €552 million. Accor opened 117 hotels with over 15,000 rooms, totaling 5,740 hotels with 854,695 rooms. Net debt rose 24% to €3.096 billion. They plan a 3-4% RevPAR increase, 3.5% net unit growth, and a 9-10% Ebitda rise. A €240 million share buyback will follow an earlier €200 million.

Ona se hace con 6 hoteles de Be Live y se estrena en Marruecos

The six properties include the Be Live Experience Orotava (225 rooms), Be Live Adults Only Tenerife (337 rooms), Be Smart Florida Plaza (132 rooms), Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie (167 rooms), Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only (212 rooms), and Be Live Collection Saïdia (488 rooms). Morocco is predicted to welcome 17.4 million tourists in 2024.

Bestprice dispara sus ingresos un 26% hasta los 4,82 millones de euros
