Accor se apoya en la flexibilidad de sus marcas para crecer en España
📌 In 2024, Accor's Premium, Midscale & Economy division reported revenues of €3.103 billion, up 5% from 2023, and a recurring EBITDA of €809 million, an 8% increase. Asia, including the Middle East and Africa, drove strong performance, particularly Southeast Asian markets like Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Latin America accounted for less than 10% of the turnover, with Brazil exceeding 10% RevPAR. Accor aims to open about 10 new hotels across Spain, including Madrid, Granada, Santander, Benidorm, Alicante, and the Costa del Sol. The PME division, with 2,700 Ibis hotels globally, is focusing on Premium brand growth in Europe and increasing franchise models, which now represent about 70% of the network in Europe, up from 60% just four years ago. America plays a significant role, with 450 hotels in Latin America, 100 in Spain, and potential growth in Mexico due to geopolitical shifts.
