Precintan un hotel en Benalmádena y los clientes entran por el aparcamiento

📦 Benalmádena, octubre 2023: La Policía Local ha precintado el hotel ViveMar, anteriormente VistaMar, por operar sin licencia al no registrarse con la Junta de Andalucía. Los 200 huéspedes acceden por el aparcamiento, el único acceso abierto. El Ayuntamiento confirmó que ViveMar omitió el trámite necesario. Aunque no deseado, la clausura se ejecutó como medida obligatoria. Zonas comunes como la piscina están cerradas, aunque el hotel sigue funcionando.
