Hotel Price Index rose by 3.2% annually; average revenue per occupied room reached €114.9. Resident overnight stays decreased by 14.9%, non-residents by 5.1%. First quarter 2025 saw a 3.2% decrease in overnight stays, with residents down 7.5% and international tourists 0.8%. Top destinations: Andalucía (17.8%), Catalonia (13.2%), Valencian Community (12.7%) for residents; Canary Islands (39.1%), Andalucía (15.3%), Catalonia (15.2%) for non-residents. UK travelers made up 23.8% of non-resident overnight stays, Germans 18.1%, followed by France (6.1%), USA (5.4%), and Italy (4.6%).
