Hotel Bahía del Duque: en el mercado hasta fin de año al expirar la exclusividad con Stoneweg
🏨 Grupo CIO's exclusivity with Stoneweg for acquiring Tenerife's Hotel Bahía del Duque expired on October 15, without an agreement. Stoneweg offered €320M, but the asking price was €350M. Negotiations continue until December 31, open to other investors. The hotel, integrated into The Tais brand, had initial investments of over €120M. Atom Hoteles Socimi owns 22 of the complex's 40 villas. Lopesan, a potential operator, could expand into Tenerife with the acquisition.
