Sunset Hospitality Group debutará en Baréin con la marca METT

🌅 Sunset Hospitality Group, led by Spanish Antonio González and Lebanese-Canadian Nazih Hafez, will open a new METT Hotel & Residences in Bahrain, offering a five-star hotel experience and luxurious living quarters. With an aim to manage or operate 20 properties by 2026, the Amwaj Beachfront hotel will have 130 rooms and suites, plus over 80 residences, featuring the island's longest private beach, and over 30,000 square meters of green spaces. The partnership with Esterad Amwaj Partners marks a strategic expansion milestone in Bahrain.

Valencia: una cadena familiar lanza nueva marca para entrar en la gestión

🏨 Fede Fuster, president of Hosbec and CEO of Climia Hotels, launches a new hotel brand, Lunic by Climia, in Sagunto with investors including footballer David Silva. The hotel, over 9,352 square meters with more than 200 rooms, features a Mediterranean restaurant, gym, event space, coworking area, meeting rooms, bar, and rooftop pool. Set to open after summer 2025, it's designed by Perreta Arquitectura and aims to be a corporate and business hub. Climia Hotels, run by Fuster's third-generation family, rebranded in May during their 70th anniversary.

Navidad: las reservas hoteleras crecen más que las tarifas
