📈 Aena reported a record profit of €1.934 billion in 2024, a 18.6% increase from the previous year, driven by nearly 370 million passengers. Total revenue reached €5.828 billion (+13.3%), with an EBITDA of €3.510 billion (+16.1%), accounting for 60.2% of total income. In January 2025, Aena's Spanish airports handled 19.8 million passengers (+6.1%), and airlines have scheduled 246.8 million seats for the summer season (+1.5% over 2024). A 48-hour strike at Munich Airport starting February 27 will affect over 1,600 flights. Despite economic slowdown, 11.9 million German tourists visited Spain in 2024, spending €15.5 billion, with a projected 5% increase in bookings for 2025.
