Dónde y en qué categorías de hoteles se estanca la recuperación del turismo

🏨 En 2023, España alcanzó 112 millones de viajeros hoteleros, un 3% más que en 2019, sumando 346,5 millones de pernoctaciones, un 1% más que pre-pandemia. Los hoteles de 4 estrellas vieron un incremento del 5,48% en pernoctaciones respecto a 2019, mientras los de 3 estrellas disminuyeron un 6,55%. La inversión hotelera se centró en lujo y 'low cost', con un aumento del 7,2% en hoteles de 4 estrellas y una disminución del 3,6% en hoteles de 3 estrellas. La demanda se polariza entre productos de lujo y opciones económicas como camping, poniendo presión sobre categorías medias.
