Galicia: línea de ayudas de 8 M € para modernizar instalaciones termales

🌊 Alfonso Rueda, president of the Xunta de Galicia, announced a new aid package of up to €8 million for the modernization of thermal facilities. The thermalism sector in Galicia, the leading thermal power in Spain and second in Europe, generated around 19,000 jobs and attracted 190,000 tourists last year. At the XXII edition of Termatalia in Ourense, Rueda highlighted plans for a specific program, funded by the EU's Next Generation funds, to be approved by the end of the year. This includes creating a Thermalism Table for collaboration and a Thermal Observatory for research and professionalization. Viajes del Imserso: nueva oportunidad para reservar viajes desde el sábado

💰 Starting from September 28, unsold Imserso trip reservations for any province are open, with over 177,250 available slots from the total 886,269 for the 2024-2025 season, as 80% have already been sold. The Imserso, under the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda, sent 2,853,985 accreditation letters to beneficiaries. Sales began on September 23, divided into two phases based on autonomous communities, and will continue until stocks last. The trips are allocated as 50.1% for the peninsular coast, 25.9% for the insular coast, and 23.9% for cultural tours and nature tourism. The first departures are set for October 6, returning to traditional dates after a 40-day advance compared to 2023.
