🏨 In Spain, hotel revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose by 13% from January to September 2024, compared to the same period in the previous year. Average occupancy hit 75.4%, with an average daily rate (ADR) of €162.8, a 10.4% increase. Madrid and Barcelona saw RevPAR increases of 21.8% and 9.5%, respectively. Cities like Málaga, Valencia, and Alicante led in occupancy rates. During October 21-27, early bookings accounted for 22.3% of all reservations, with regions like Baleares, Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana, and Madrid experiencing significant growth. For the upcoming Todos los Santos holiday, Spaniards prefer Madrid, Barcelona, and Palma de Mallorca, while Paris is the leading international choice, followed by Rome, London, and Amsterdam. French (25%) and German (23%) visitors favor cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, and Palma de Mallorca.
