🏨 Grupo Rosales Inmobiliario sold the 4-star Vincci Bit hotel in Barcelona’s 22@ district to a national investor for €60 million, with Colliers advising on the sale. The hotel, opened in 2012, has 177 double rooms, nearly 10,000 m² over 9 floors and 3 underground levels. The hotel features F&B points, MICE spaces, a rooftop, gym, and private parking. 🏨 149 hotel chains in Spain have a total of 731 hotels with 65,803 rooms, an increase from last year's 665 hotels and 62,203 rooms. The average hotel size is 90 rooms. The top 10 small hotel chains in Spain have 74 hotels and 9,065 rooms, led by Aubamar Hotels (991 rooms), Landmar Hoteles (949), and Set Hotels (944). Bestprice Hoteles climbed 45 spots to rank 81 by adding 157 rooms, Cabot Hotels moved up 40 positions to 25 with a leap from 448 to 76 rooms, and AZZ Hoteles ascended 35 places to 54 with 523 rooms, aiming to expand from 7 to 20 hotels in five years. My Way Meaningful Hotels dropped 118 spots, AZ Hoteles Intelligence fell 64 places, and Único Hoteles lost 51 positions.
