Nautalia sobre la sanción de Competencia: “Iremos hasta el final”
💸 Nautalia, Ávoris, Viajes El Corte Inglés, and IAG7 were fined a total of €2.9 million by the CNMC for anti-competitive practices. Fines include €850,000 for Nautalia and €740,000 for Ávoris. The companies allegedly coordinated to manipulate public tenders from Banco de España and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Nautalia and Ávoris plan to appeal, while IAG7 and Viajes El Corte Inglés are expected to follow. Appeals must be filed within two months at the Audiencia Nacional.
