Málaga, Alicante y Madrid, destinos más tensionados por los pisos turísticos
🏠 Málaga recorded the highest density of vacation rentals at 19.31 per km², surpassing Alicante (18.80) and Madrid (16.04). Since implementing a state registry in July, the overall density in Spain slightly decreased from 6.8 to 6.6 per km². Notable reductions since August 2024 include Alicante (-1.2) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (-0.8). Meanwhile, Málaga, Sevilla, and Girona saw increases. Carlos Cendra attributes these shifts to the new regulations, indicating market reorganization.
