🌈 Welcome Incoming Services, part of Ávoris, launched a subsidiary in Paris, France. Named Welcome Incoming Services France, it commenced operations on September 1 under the leadership of Julien Ippolito. 🏠 The Cosentino family office signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corporation for the Macenas Mediterranean Resort to feature a Destination by Hyatt hotel, marking the first 5-star establishment in Mojácar, Almería. Over €40 million will be invested in the construction, set to start at the end of the year and finish in 2026, anticipated to create around 110 direct and indirect jobs. The resort will offer services every day of the year, developed by GCA Architects with Mediterranean architecture, aiming to integrate with the environment and boost local tourism. The Macenas Mediterranean Resort will offer various services, including the Macenas Social Club with a restaurant, infinity pool, and a wellness area, and it will address both vacation and business tourism needs.

🌊 NH Collection entered Maldives in November, NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort will open on September 1st. The resort features 51 luxury suites and villas, ranging from 90 to 231 square meters, each with either an interior patio or a pool facing the beach. It offers diverse dining options, a spa with three treatment rooms, a cutting-edge gym, and a kids club. The resort aims to attract honeymooners and families, with coral planting initiatives to restore local ecosystems. 🏨 Hoteles Poseidón, a family-owned chain, will invest €40 million to expand its flagship property in Benidorm, Poniente Beach, to a colossal 600-room hotel. In October, construction will start to transform the current Poseidón Playa with 312 rooms by adding a new building on an adjacent 11,751 square meter plot, delivering an additional 287 rooms. The renamed Poseidón Playas de Benidorm is set to open in 2027, featuring a spa on the 25th and 26th floors, an infinity pool on the 27th, three restaurants, and a multifunctional event hall for 600 guests.
