🏨 Casual Hoteles opens a new 43-room establishment, Casual Eclettico Milano, in Milan near the city center. This launch marks the Spanish hotel chain's third venture in Italy, following its Florence opening in 2023, and precedes the upcoming Naples location. Located at Via Plinio 2, close to Lima station and a 15-minute walk from the Central Station, Casual Eclettico Milano is expected to embody a vortex of creativity and design, reflecting Milan’s vibrant blend of past and future.

🏨 Dertour's hotel division acquired Club Aldiana Andalucía in Spain and Labranda Rocca Nettuno Tropea in Italy from FTI Group, both to operate under Aldiana brand. Aldiana Club Andalusien, bought by Dertour in 1998, is in Costa de la Luz with 280 rooms, a park-style garden, high-quality cuisine, and a spa. Aldiana Club Rocca Nettuno Calabria features 290 rooms, various amenities, and is located on a cliff over Tropea beach. Dertour became the sole owner of Aldiana Group in 2022 and opened Aldiana Club Side Beach in Turkey in 2023, and plans further expansions.

🏨 Latin American investors are increasingly drawn to the Spanish hotel sector, with notable transactions led by family clans. Besant Capital, partnered with Blasson and Latam Capital Advisor, recently acquired the Zurich building in Madrid to transform it into a luxury hotel. RLH Properties, another Mexican capital firm, previously purchased Rosewood Villa Magna and Bless hotels in Madrid, later selling them to Sancus. The Díaz Estrada family owns over 1,100 assets internationally, including Madrid's Thompson, Hyatt Centric Gran Via, and Hyatt Regency Hesperia hotels. The Copell and Chico families are currently key players in Madrid's luxury hotel market. Blasson, with Latin American funding, acquired H10 Punta Negra in 2021, set to become Mandarin Punta Negra Mallorca. The Chilean Rustik family owns Hotel Adler, whilst the Venezuelan Capriles family, having landed a decade ago in Spain, focus on luxury apartments. The market anticipates further Latin American investment in the hotel industry during 2025.

🏡 Brach Madrid, part of Evok Collection, opened in a seven-story building constructed between 1919 and 1922 by architect Jerónimo Pedro Mathet Rodríguez. This unique hotel, located in the former Palacio de Masserano—where Víctor Hugo once lived as a child—offers a blend of Spanish cultural heritage and French essence. Brach's restaurant pays tribute to Madrid's grand cafés, combining Mediterranean cuisine with Middle Eastern flavors. 🏡 Feelathome, a company specializing in apartment buildings and tourist accommodations, has added its fourth asset in Seville and is planning new openings for 2025. The newly opened Feelathome O'Donnel in Seville's historic heart features 8 tourist apartments, a terrace, and lockers. This follows the summer opening of Feelathome Rivero, with 15 apartments and a communal pool, marking the company's third-largest presence after Barcelona and Madrid. Feelathome currently manages over 20 properties in strategic locations including Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Mallorca, Málaga, and Seville. The expansion is influenced by Sevilla's international tourism appeal and rich cultural and gastronomic offerings.

🏨 Leonardo Hotels to debut in Valdebebas, Madrid with a new mixed-use project promoted by Arcano Partners and AEDAS Homes, featuring a luxury hotel and aparthotel. Investment: €70 million. Hotel rooms: 215. Aparthotel apartments: 282. Project started on November 12, 2023, completion expected by Q4 2026. This will be the fourth Leonardo Hotel in Madrid and the twentieth in Spain, offering gardens, pools, coworking spaces, and community amenities.
