🏡 Luxury Group by Marriott International aims to open over 30 luxury hotels by 2025, including The Luxury Collection's sixth hotel in Spain after the restoration of Madrid's Hotel Palace. Ahead of ending 2024, three openings in coveted and emerging destinations are planned, responding to millennials and Gen Z's preferences for unique travel experiences. January will see the addition of Casa Brera in Milan and March marks the restored inauguration of The Palace in Madrid. Key openings also include The Lake Como Edition, The Red Sea Edition in Saudi Arabia, and JW Marriott's new resorts worldwide. The Ritz-Carlton will debut in Morocco, Hawaii, a private island in Saudi Arabia, and launch its second superyacht, Ilma, adding a third, Luminara, by 2025. St. Regis plans to introduce beachfront luxury with resorts in Aruba and the Dominican Republic. By 2026, The St. Regis Residences Costa del Sol will open and Marbella will gain a new luxury resort by 2028, under St. Regis or The Ritz-Carlton. W Hotels will see a significant boost with new openings in Hollywood, Las Vegas, Prague, W Punta Cana all-inclusive, and W Florence by 2025.
