Iberostar abre su primer resort en la isla caribeña de Aruba

🏖 Iberostar Hotels & Resorts announces the opening of Joia Aruba at Eagle Beach, marking their first property in Aruba with 240 suites. CEO Phil McAveety highlights the resort's commitment to excellence, authentic experiences, and sustainable tourism. Joia Aruba features a contemporary coastal style, ocean views from private balconies, jacuzzi terraces, and 24-hour room service. It offers a Real Ocean Front Suite with personalized butler service and exclusive access to the Tierra del Sol 18-hole golf course. The hotel has a hydrotherapy spa area, seven treatment rooms, three restaurants, and four bars. For events, there's a 920-square-meter convention center, which can be divided into five smaller rooms for up to 400 guests.

Valencia: una cadena familiar lanza nueva marca para entrar en la gestión

🏨 Fede Fuster, president of Hosbec and CEO of Climia Hotels, launches a new hotel brand, Lunic by Climia, in Sagunto with investors including footballer David Silva. The hotel, over 9,352 square meters with more than 200 rooms, features a Mediterranean restaurant, gym, event space, coworking area, meeting rooms, bar, and rooftop pool. Set to open after summer 2025, it's designed by Perreta Arquitectura and aims to be a corporate and business hub. Climia Hotels, run by Fuster's third-generation family, rebranded in May during their 70th anniversary.

Smy Hotels cierra el año con 3 nuevos hoteles y un plan de reformas

July's purchase was Hotel Vistamar in Portocolom, Spain, with 148 rooms. Renovations worth €6.5 million for two hotels are planned for 2025, with a focus on guest experience and sustainability. The firm's EBIT improved by over 60% in the second half of 2023.

Casual se expande y abre su quinto hotel en Valencia
